Hotel was stunningly beautiful. Our room was huge and neat with a comfortable bed as well as a jacuzzi, just what we needed. The great staff from check-in to check-out provided all the necessary info. The location was great, for example, Bristol Beach was just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

stayed at surfside for a short visit and it was even better than our previous stay in falmouth. the location is perfect, with water on both sides and beautiful views. the staff, especially Lisa and Chris, were friendly and helpful. can't wait to go back!

If you are going to be traveling to the cape, there are much better choices to stay at than InnSeason Resort Surfside. I visited this inn in January 2016. I didn't actually stay overnight, as my visit was part of a promotional 'prize' package where I receive a tour, am offered the opportunity to purchase a time share, and am rewarded with some gift cards / airline tickets. I was late due to a huge traffic backup because of a car accident - but the host told me that due to the traffic they would give me a bonus extra $40 gas card - very nice of them! My "tour" (if you could call it that) consisted of showing me a very dirty indoor pool area, where it looked like only one family was using it/staying at the hotel. Then I was told we needed to drive to another location for the rest of the tour. After a 5 minute drive, I was brought to the other location, and was told that it was under construction. I was sat in what looked like an out of service dining hall, which was also pretty dirty, where the time share stuff was explained to me. you would have thought that for a tour they would have shown me their nicest facilities - I really hope that was not their nicest room! When the high pressure salesman, Steve, realized that I was not interested to buy...he bolted out of there so fast I thought the hotel was on fire! Another guy, who he said was his boss, came over to give me the 'gifts' I was entitled to for listening to the presentation and that wonderful "tour" i got. And my $40 bonus gas card was not in there! When I told the new guy that Steve told me I would receive it, he told me that Steve must have lied, and laughed at me. Yes...he actually laughed at me! No wonder Steve left so quickly! Boy am I glad I didn't end up purchasing the time share here - I would have felt totally ripped off if I had. So bottom line, the hotel really isn't that clean or nice looking, and the staff are very sleazy and under handed. I think there are much nicer options to stay at on the cape, that have much nicer facilities and friendlier, honest employees. I would stay clear of InnSeason or any of their partner hotels.

Truly enjoyed Falmouth, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and absolutely great right near the ocean. Good service, even though a few employees were not particularly welcoming. Booked a room with jacuzzi. It was a really great experience.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a clean and quiet room. The location couldn't have been better, with the beautiful beach just across the street. The staff, particularly Lisa and Chris at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Breakfast choices could be improved with a wider selection.

The room was neat with safe for safety measures, and a kitchenette and a patio. The hotel was in the central setting right on the waterfront. The stay in this well-equipped venue was great and we would stay here again.

Immaculate, beautiful beachfront location. Complimentary coffee, board games, and DVDs. Great amenities and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff.
